We're a small outfit making tools for physio and rehab clinics. It's early days — most of this page will get longer once we have a handful of clinics using the product day to day.
The problem
Most of what happens during a course of rehab happens away from the clinic. Patients forget the small stuff. Clinicians end up piecing the week back together from memory at the start of the next session.
ContinuumJournals is one small tool aimed at that gap. A short check-in for the patient, a place for the clinician to read it, and a place to write the follow-up. Nothing more than that for now.
How we work
- We set up each pilot ourselves. There's no sales team in between.
- Price and scope get written down before anyone sends an invoice.
- Real patient data only goes in when the clinic says so and the paperwork is signed.
- If a model drafts something, it's a draft. A clinician approves it before it counts.
